"I'm sure we all know the little State Farm jingle, "like a good neighbor State Farm is there". Well lucky for me, I have a neighbor named Jessica! She literally is there every single time I need my neighbor. Now, if you don't like to read stop here and absolutely call her for all your insurance needs. But, I'd like to share a little of my experience with her. My insurance situation is a bit unusual. I came at her with 5 cars, 7 drivers, 4 teenagers, home and life insurance needs. No problem. Bought a few new cars. No problem. Split automatic payments from multiple accounts. No problem. Truck broken into with 2 smashed windows and my belongings stolen over a holiday weekend. No problem. Got a text shortly after texting her. Said rental car reservations have been made. Repair shop scheduled, she hoped everyone was doing well, otherwise. Anything I threw her way was no problem. Thought I could save money elsewhere, but came crawling back 2 months later. No problem. Those are all pretty great, but not the most important part. I have been in the hospitality business for 30 years at a pretty high level of service. Operating multiple locations and have met thousands of employees, managers, people, vendors, etc. and I can say with 100% certainty I have never met anyone like this. The amount of care (not insurance) she provides at a personal level is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Sadly, I need to call her often with insurance junk; but it truly is like talking to a friend and neighbor. She reached out when my father passed. She has been through the ups and downs of my life with me. She knows me and my crazy family by name, and always asks how everyone is doing. She has seen me in good times and bad but always got me to laugh at the bad one's. She is truly one of a kind and I am greatful for her. By they way, Josh and everyone else in this office are pretty great as well. You can't go wrong here even if you try."
